What sort of bait and lures should i use for trout?

im going fishing this friday at the Ingar dam in the Blue mountains and hopefully there will be some good sized trout.what sort of baits and lures should i use? right now i have 3'' rainbow coloured berkley gulp minnows, berkley trout powerbait lime twist and a couple of rapala countdown lures... what sort of baits and lures should i use?
