Snowboard.................?

currently i live in portland oregon and we dont get snow in town except for every once and a while and when we do we only get a foot or two and it melts fast. but thats only every couple of years and its not consistant. so i was wondering if there is any states around oregon with towns that get mive amounts of snow in town consistantly?
