Okay, so one of my dogs has worms...?

And my other dog [trooper] has had his worm shot. but worms are on his [rearend] too.. would i need to give him medicine too to treat him? or, would it hurt him since he has already had the shot for worms? and he is a long haired chihuaua, hes very small. and the worms are white.
