Bfp ! but the dr didn't do anything?

i had my bfp on the 20 made a appointment for today when i went in they didn't have any pregnancy tests so he just said don't keep Ur hopes up pre congrats until i test u come back in a week !!! i don't no what to do i have done like 10 test all positive should i just not think about what he said ... he told me not to tell anyone until he can confirm it ??? i don't wanna worry
