Help me please i am in need of this so bad!!!!!!!!!?
hun, just don't make excuses you HAVE THE POWER to be healthy. Start with little goals, such as losing 10 pounds, once thats gone keep making more little goals. Eat healthy. make little goals when it comes to food. Cut out deserts for a day, just to see if you can do it, just try to eat less. Eat little portions often so you wont be hungry and splurge. Maybe keep almonds in your locker to munch on between cles. School lunches arnt always the best...aha fill up on fresh veggies and fruit if they offer that, opposed to the "bosco breadsticks". Pack a lunch if they do not offer fresh fruits and good choices, maybe a lean turkey sandwhich. Get active, join a sport, it's excersize without trying. Participate in community work. Excersize and run everyday, maybe before you go to school. Strengh train every 2 days to help burn fat and gain muscle. Lastly, get into some counciling, you won't get anywhere if you don't fix the sole probelm of your eating disorder, stay strong, get in touch with yourself, eating doesn't cure our pain. Just cry.
