All of my groups conn to 1 em acct now show me as suspended and I no longer have access.?

2 other email accts (thru verizon as well) are good with the attached groups. I lost a group I was moderator of also. Error mssge to me was my auto responder was on and I rcvd about 30 mssgs to this effect after forwarding an email to one group. I do dog rescue and have lost all contact. Help!!!!
