Can i change the video card of my toshiba l550-00f laptop?

i have a 17.3 in toshiba l550-00f laptop and i want to use it for mainly CAD and some gaming. i don't know what my video card is but my laptop says that it has an Intel (R) graphics media accelerator HD with 1722 MB memory.
