Cheap internet las vegas?

hi i live in vegas paying cox cable about 45 bucks for the 12mb plan but want to change to dsl looking for 6mb speed for cheap and i hate teaser rates after those are over i would like to pay under 35 can someone help me i best ive seen is qwest but i don't want a home phone and this has to be powerful enough to run a xbox a phone and a computer at the same time
