Smoking while getting over a cold?

I had a cold a few weeks ago, and then i blazed some weed over the weekend, and then it came back, now it's mostly better, my sinuses are slightly congested still and i still have a very minor cough. I am going on a trip tomorrow to the best spot ever for weed and i wanna blaze, do you think it's safe? I can't get sick again because i'm working at a huge concert, gotta be healthy for it, what do yall think? I probably wouldn't smoke till saturday anyways, so i would probably be even better... idk.. i just need some opinions
