What should i do with this tank disaster?

ok why would you get more fish if the tank had ich??? you should NOT get more fish and treat the tank. use the medication you have already been using. add about 1 tablespoon of aquarium salt per 10 gallons. crank up the heater so the temperature is around 80 degrees. vacuum the gravel and do a 10% water change every 2-3 days. the fish should get better after a week or two.
