What is the best music mix that's free? (not audacity)?

I know, there are tons of music mixing freeware on the web but what is the best? specifically speaking, i want a freeware that can be used for DJ'ing and stuff like that. not audacity. with some effects and stuff. can anyone recommend anything? thanks!
