41 weeks 6 days and....?

And today i went to the doctor and she told me that im 3 centimeter dilated and 80% effaced. And when she checked me i saw blood on her gloves (sorry TMI). Today i had and ultrasound and also the non-stress test and they said i had 5 contractions in 20 minutes, I was really suprise since i was just felling light mestrual cramps. Im home and having contractions here and there. My doctor said that my baby could be here tomorrow. What do you think girls?
