Possible rule changes for next season?

The rushed behinds, the interchange penalty, instead of that just a free kick in the middle of the ground, i reckon the ducking of the head and getting free kicks is so bad, when a player sees another player coming to tackle, he always puts the head down and gets a free kick, so annoying sometimes. other than these issues all the rest are fine
