My LG Rumor is acting up!?

alight so my lg rumor is acting weird! i was talking on the phone and it just shut off. the battery was full. when i turned it on it just stayed on one screen like when you first turn it on it says "Rumor LG" and it just stays on that screen. can anyone hlp me so i don't have to pay $50 for a new one.
