Is this acceptable from them or not?

i went to the bus today and there were three old ladies and a young couple. the young couple were obviously traveling coz they had suitcases and bags. two of their many bags were on the seat next to them. there were now no seats left. another old lady comes and hoovers by the seat with bags on it. one of the three old ladies goes 'excuse me. EXCUSE ME. would you move your bags, there is an elderly person!' so they moved their bags and tho other woman sat down. then the three old woman persisted in talking loudly about how there was a 'priority seat' sign. the couple got up and left. then i could still hear them being judgemental about the couple, about how they had hugged in public. when the bus came and everyone had a seat, another old woman pushed the on for the bus to stop. the bus is only permitted to stop at bus stops so when the on is pressed the stop at the nearest stop. the woman pushed the on and the bus didnt stop because it wasnt near enough to a stop.
