Ignition problem, car starts 3-times and dies then will not start at all. All electronics work, battery good.?

I locked my Dodge Durango using my Key-fab, when I returned I unlocked my Durango using the Key-fab. The truck started on the first turn then died, giving it gas made no difference. I repeated this process three times with the same results after which nothing happened when I turned the key. All electronics work (radio, lights, dash) and they do not pull down when I turn the key. Jumping made no difference, I tried the spare set of keys and got the same results. The key will not lock or unlock the truck now. there is no aftermarket security system on the truck or remote start, all original stock. Battery is only a year old.
