If Gore or Kerry had been put into office, do you think we would've had these high gas prices?

Gore once said that he wants to see gas rise to $8.00 a gallon. Kerry would be in same situation that Bush is in right now, but possibly even worse. No matter which way you look at it, America is better off under Bush than it would be under a Gore or Kerry Presidency.
