Can George W. Bush run again in 2012 if he didn't serve for one term?

It's not like he tried to run again in 2008, so would he be eligible if he returned after not serving a term? We need a man of character, wisdom and direction to lead this country. Bush kept us safe for eight years, defended us from the threat of Iraq, brought back decency to the White House, small-town Texas values and gave us prosperity and prestige. Can he come back in 2012, serve for another eight years, take four off and come back again? America needs leaders, not socialists!
