Abortion laws please help?

This is not an abortion law question. The boyfriend has absolutely no legal right under any abortion laws anywhere to be notified if she wants to get an abortion. Dr. Bob should follow the instructions his patient has given him. If she tells Dr. Bob that she could be harmed if he does not, and he sends it to her home anyway and she is harmed, she could likely sue Dr. Bob.
